More about me
My passion for deer began as a young hunter, shaped by the traditions of ritual hunting in the north, and it has grown into a lifelong commitment to wildlife, land, and people.
Before moving fully into deer management, I built a successful career as a senior executive in the international food business, and I am also a trained chef and catering officer. That experience taught me the value of professionalism, quality, and service — principles I carry with me into every aspect of stalking and land management.
I live in Perthshire with my wife. We have one daughter and three grandsons, and family and heritage are at the heart of everything I do. Over the years, I have guided international clients from all over the world, always with safety as my priority and service a close second.
Now, I want to give something back to the community. My focus moving forward is on helping young stalkers find their way into the profession, promoting venison as a sustainable food source, and raising standards of best practice in deer management practises for future generations
